Scheduling your HomeWork is as easy as picking up the phone! One quick call to 937-668-9721 is all it takes to get booked in with us. We’ll take some basic details about the work you require, and some contact details, and pencil you into our schedule at a date and time that works for you!

In some cases we can provide pricing over the phone too, and if you prefer just to get an estimate we can take care of that for you.

When We Arrive

We always endeavor to arrive promptly for all of our appointments. If you need to change your appointment we politely request that you give us as much notice as possible. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of even the best laid plans.

We’ll take a moment to talk a little more about the services you require and review the job before we get started. We’ll have a solid estimate of how long we think it’ll take and what the job will cost, and if you’re happy we’ll get started on your job right away!

Getting The Job Done

We’re usually happy to work with whatever materials and products you supply, whether it’s flooring, paint, cleaning products, tiles or anything else! If there are additional materials or supplies needed for your job, we offer 2 options:

  1. We can pick them up for a small additional fee
  2. We can get started with the work while you pick the materials up we need to finish. We’ll even help with the shopping list!

Remember, we’re fully insured and both you and your property are protected no matter what happens. If one of our employees gets hurt on your property, there is no liability on your part.

Payment Upon Completion

For your benefit, some of our services are fixed price, and others are billed hourly. We offer real value and reasonable rates and ensure that you only pay for time that’s used to complete the work.

Remember, all of our work is backed by our Quibble-Free Guarantee; after we’ve left your home, if you find any problem with the workmanship, simply give us a call on 937-668-9721 and we’ll be back in a jiffy to make sure it’s done right to your satisfaction.

We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards (a small surcharge may apply) and cashiers checks. Payment is due upon completion of the work and you’ll either receive a printed receipt then, or a digital receipt to your e-mail address (whichever you prefer).

We’ll follow up with you a short time after the job to make sure you’re still happy with our service, and if you can spare a minute or two to leave us a review it would be very much appreciated!
